Donna Wayman’s Corn Casserole


Ingredients

15 ¼ ounces Whole Kernel Cord, Drained

14 ¾ ounces Cream Style Corn

8 ounces Jiffy Cornbread Mix

1 cup Sour Cream

4 tbs butter, melted

1 ½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease 2-quart casserole dish.

Mix together:  Cans of corn, Jiffy Mix, sour cream, and butter in a large bowl.  Stir in shredded cheese, and pour into prepared dish. 

Bake 55 minutes or until golden brown and set.

Let stand 5 minutes before serving
