Jenny Janda's Protein Balls Recipe


1/2 cup natural creamy peanut butter

1/3 cup honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup old-fashioned oats (raw)

2/3 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

1/2 cup ground flaxseed

6 Tbsp mini chocolate chips

1 scoop Juice Plus Chocolate Complete

 

Mix up all ingredients really well with your hands or a spoon, form one large mound in the bowl, cover with saran wrap, refrigerate for at least 30 min and then form in to balls. Makes 10 protein balls
