Description
Jesus catches the attention of Simon Peter and Andrew, James and John. Both sets of brothers leave their livelihood and take up the life of discipleship. They will learn from Jesus as he preaches and teaches and heals and casts out demons. Through Jesus, they gain a new comprehension of God's purpose in the world. What they learn—the good news of a kingdom that has drawn near—they are then entrusted to share.
