A.M.E.N. – AREA MINISTRY FOR EMERGENCY NEEDS:
A.M.E.N. serves Fayette County, Texas, and is associated with Central Texas Food Bank in Austin. It is operated by volunteers from a consortium of local churches and is supported through the Second Chance Emporium as well as individual donors. Members of the First Presbyterian Church are heavily involved with this mission, from food pickup, food purchases, food distribution, and through serving on the Operating Committee.
Food distribution: Mondays - 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Donations: Thursdays – 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
