Christians have been known to debate the creation story. Was it six, 24-hour days in which God created? Is this story figurative or fact? While debates stir over the words in Genesis, we miss the confrontation between the creation narrative in Hebrew scripture verses the creation myths of the cultures which surrounded them. Sunday, we will spend time with the imaginative and theologically sound musings of Rachel Held Evans as we explore our creation in the image of God.
