Description
The "patience of Job" has become a catch-phrase because this is how the King James Bible translates James 5:10-11. Job's patience may be questionable, but his perseverance through suffering and tragedy is certain. This little book of "wisdom" has put some folks off reading from Hebrew Scripture altogether. Yet, I wonder... what wisdom might we hear if we listen carefully to Job?
